World Hottest Chili

Who doesn't know chili? almost everybody knows about this kind of fruit. Chili's flavor is hot , and everybody knows it. But do you know about the kinds of this red-colour-fruit? There are so many various kinds of chilies , like Jalapeno , Cherry bomb , purple tiger , yellow habanero , red habanero , orange habanero , Bhut Jolokia , and the most famous in our country , "rawit" . In this post , i would like to tell you about a kind of chili , Bhut Jolokia.

Bhut Jolokia is a kind of chili that origin from east north India. Bhut jolokia (BJ) can live in almost every land on earth , except north and south pole. This kind of chili is small wrinkled , with various colours like red , chocolate , yellow , and orange skin colour. And also , this kind of chilies already live in some places in Indonesia. BJ is also known as Naga Jolokia, ghost pepper, ghost chile pepper, and ghost chile.

In 2007,Guinness World Records certified the Bhut Jolokia as the world's hottest chili pepper. This kind of chili has above 1.000.000 (one million) scoville rating. Scoville rating is scale to measure the hot level of kind of chili. For comparison , "Rawit" chili from Indonesia , only has about 50.000 scoville rating. Can you imagine that? 50.000 scoville rating for "rawit" compare with 1.000.000 scoville rating for "Bhut Jolokia" ?
So Bhut Jolokia is 20times hotter than rawit chili!

Chili contains vitamin A, C, Kalium, Magnesium, dan Iron that help prevent blood freezing , heal injured parts of body , and prevent flu. Chili also contains Photochemical that can reduce cancer cell. active subtance in Capsium ( group of chili plants), stimulate the brain and saliva gland to release endorfin into the body. Endorfin is natural subtance to relieve pain and giving happy feeling. Capsicum also the main subtance to reduce arthritis. In tradition treatment , chili used to cure cold hands and feet , pain in muscle , rheumatic , dislocate and bruise

So , in conclusion , There are many kinds of chili , Bhut Jolokia is one of the kind. BJ is the hottest chili in the world that certified by Guinness Word Records, that 20 times hotter than Rawit chili. And there are so many function of chili.
